Bruce Feffer has over 25 years of experience as an attorney in a variety of areas of law, primarily real estate and business law. In the area of real estate, his practice includes commercial and residential transactions, condominium conversions, representing cooperative corporations and condominiums, and landlord-tenant disputes. He has served as a court-appointed Receiver of foreclosed real estate and a Referee in foreclosure proceedings. He is a member of the New York City Council of Cooperatives and Condominiums and is a certified Real Estate Instructor in the State of New York. His business clients include companies of various sizes, locally and throughout the world - including Hong Kong, China, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan, and Germany - with clients engaged in such industries as construction, real estate development, property management, food manufacturing, clothing manufacturing, restaurants, public relations, and others. He also represents Not for Profit organizations (including religious, educational, and social service entities) and individual clients. He has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, litigation in state and federal courts (commercial and employment law), and assisting businesses with corporate set-ups and trademark/copyright services. He serves on the New York City Contract Dispute Resolution Board (deciding claims by construction firms against the City of New York).
