Todd Kevin Wolynski concentrates his practice on corporate law, securities law and corporate finance, representing a wide range of domestic and international companies in connection with public and private securities offerings, SEC compliance, asset-based financings and general corporate matters. He received a B.A. degree in international studies from American University (summa cum laude, 2003), where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center (cum laude, 2006). Mr. Wolynski began his career as an associate with the New York firm of White & Case LLP. He joined Snow Becker Krauss P.C. in 2010. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
